COMPETITION IS IN A FEW WEEKS' TIME

YES, scary thought isn't it?
So stop thinking that "a few weeks" is a lot of time,
because it will pass in just a blink of an eye.

SO, to XJT:
-you guys, I AM proud of you you know!
-yep, and i've seen the effort and hard work that you've been putting in for the comp and stuff, --BUT. take note okay!: YOU GUYS MUST BE MORE BONDED.
-I don't care who drops the equipment, or who cant jump properly, or who cant follow the music properly. I want ALL OF YOU to note, that no matter what, you HAVE to acknowledge that your teammate has put in her best effort. Of course, any of you who slack, dont expect your teammates to keep tolerating.
-AND, instead of Rini keep telling you all WHERE you have gone wrong, and getting you all to buck up, i want EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU to take note okay? OR, if you know where you've gone wrong, remind youself, use your BRAIN to think how to improve. and, if possible, you guys shld just gather together after a few times of practising, and discuss where you've gone wrong and stuff. not to forget, encouragement.
-NO ROLLING YOUR EYES AND YOUR TEAMMATES; NO THINKING THAT "ITS BECAUSE OF HER WE SUCK"; NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS AT ALL.
-your focus shld be on HOW TO IMPROVE, HOW TO HELP A WEAKER TEAMMATE.
-so yep! All the Best to you guys alright? :D
-and yeah, its tough for you all, considering you just came into gym this yr, but fear not! GOD WILL MAKE A WAY, and HE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. (:
-GO XJT!

to DJT:
-whoo! its yet another year of comp! and you all better BOND also!
-it IS tiring and demoralising for those that come, but others dont turn up. yeah, its the hols, and you all are overseas, but dont forget, there are others that put the competition as a top priority. So alth you are overseas, or are tired, or whatever, PLEASE just think abt the ones that WANT to win, esp the sec threes, since this is our last year of comp.
-This event cant work without EVERYONE present. ONE person also counts ALOT.
-so you guys! better train HARD for the upcoming comp okay!

to C DIV INDIVIDUALS:
-you guys, you ROCK!
-hmm, what else to say? yeah, just don keep looking at others and feeling inferior or what okay? Trust me, you dont know how GRR i felt last yr while training with you all. XD haha, the pro sec ones of last yr, even pro-er than me=x but anywyas, :D
-all i can say is, from personal experience, if you keep feeling inferior, then YOU WILL BE INFERIOR. know why? cos you will end up convincing yourself that YOU SUCK, and you'll just give up and watch others instead of training hard. and yes, you'll just screw up, and feel even MORE INFERIOR.
-so yeah, dont care abt the others, seek their help and advice. If you cant do smth properly, THINK. like laoshi always says: USE YOUR BRAIN TO THINK. Think about HOW you can improve, WHERE you have gone wrong, and then apply your theory to the practical.
-hmm, yeahs. all the best for the comp, and C DIV WILL GET AN OVERALL MEDAL THIS YR AGAIN!

to B DIV INDIVIDUALS:
-heh, im one of you all. so, hmm, i MIGHT know how you guys feel, cos i really screwed last yr.
-and you know why i screwed? cos i was convinced that i cant do it, though yes, thanks to MICHELLE and her encouragement, i at least built up my confidence for clubs and ball.
-but those present at comp last yr, i think you guys know how i really screwed my ribbon=x and rope. hmm, my ribbon got so tangled up, idk what to do, i cant complete in time, and therefore, i really screwed. as for rope..okay, that aint much of my fault. technical prob, ended up the music started late and stuff, and i panicked. but anyways, i STILL screwed it pretty badly, cos i didnt really like rope.
-so i don care if you hate, abhore, LOATHE the equipment, you still PRACTICE, if not on that day itself, you'll disappoint yourself, your friends and laoshi. and you'll feel super malu.

OKAY.
encouragement is the KEY okay! &&hard work also!
oh, on the comp day itself, other schools will seem super pro and stuff, but dont let them intimidate you! for all you know, you'll seem as intimidating to them! :D yeahs.

&&, always remember that GOD WILL BE THERE FOR YOU, and he will be the one giving you the strength and encouragement you need. Trust him, Pray when you're down, and i KNOW, that you'll fel better immediately.

you know, its time for a GYM PRAYER SESSION every week, or maybe during each practise. And we shall all take turns to lead the prayer. Maybe 2-3 people a day? Wont that be nice?
